Chewy granola bars
- 200 g hazelnut flour
- 30 g coconut oil
- 80 g gluten-free oats
- 8 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Place all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and blend together.
- Add the dates, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mash together with your hands.
- Scoop out the dough in a baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
- Cut into bars and top with peanut butter and sea salt.
