These peanut butter bliss balls are the most fudgy and delicious snack! Absolutely one of my favorite recipe at the moment. The bliss balls are gluten-free and naturally sweetened with dates. Filled with energy from the healthy fat from nuts.
Fudgy peanut butter bliss balls
- 10 dates (110g)
- 90 g raw walnuts
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 pinch salt
- Add all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Pulse until combined. The nuts should still be quite chunky.
- Shape balls and keep in the refridge for 10 minutes before serving.
