With just 7 ingredients this peanut butter & jelly oatmeal is a champion! The mix of smooth and salty peanut butter, sweet banana, creamy oats and fresh raspberries is so delicious. Easy to make in the morning and so fulfilling, the perfect plant based breakfast!
Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal
- 0.5 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 50 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Pour the oats in a saucepan and add the water, cardamon and salt.
- Mash the banana and pour into the saucepan with oats.
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until creamy (or the water is reduced)
- Mash the raspberries and spread over the oats. Also add the peanut butter. Enjoy!
