This mushroom & kale pasta is glutenfree, vegan and delicious. If you want, you can also add a plant-based source of protein to this meal, like tofu, tempeh or why not some beans.

Mushroom & Kale Pasta
For the sauce
- 250 g mushroom
- 100 g kale
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 pieces garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 200 g gluten-free pasta
- Start with cooking the pasta.
- In a pan, add olive oil, garlic and mushroom. Fry until slightly golden.
- Add the kale, almond milk and spices. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Serve with the pasta and enjoy.
