This salty hazelnut and coconut granola is a favorite at the moment. Each bite is filled with salty hazelnuts and the sweetness from fresh dates, gotta love it!
Salty Hazelnut & Coconut Granola
Healthy granola with crunchy roasted hazelnuts
cups gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup buckinis
- 6 fresh dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp water
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Pit the dates.
- Place all the ingredients on all large oven tray.
- Mix together all of the ingredients with your hands.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
