RAW & GLUTENFREE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
FOR THE BASE
8 fresh dates
1 cup buckwheat flour (you can also replace the buckwheat flour with almond flour, coconut flour or oat flour)
0.5 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp tahini
0.5 cup oat milk (or any other milk of choice)
FOR THE FROSTING
100g vegan dark chocolate
Add all of the ingredients for the base into a bowl. Use your hands to mix the dough together, or any type of mixer/blender. I find it so satisfying to just use my hands (plus not so much dishes afterwards).
Place the dough in a breadform (I used a 30cm breadform). Keep in the refridge for 20 minutes.
Melt the vegan chocolate and spread over the brownie batter. Keep in the refridge for 20 minutes before serving.
